OneUpHiring - Recruitment agency. We hire employees on behalf of our clients in IT, Web3, iGaming, Adult18+, Digital sectors.

A fast-growing crypto-casino project (re-launch) targeting an international audience. The product operates exclusively in the crypto segment - no fiat. The team is built on a startup principle: high autonomy, ownership, and willingness to work hands-on.

⚡️What you will do: • Develop and fully implement CRM/Retention strategy: from onboarding to reactivation and VIP • Set up and manage all CRM flows in Smartico: automation, segmentation, trigger sequences, bonus mechanics • Manage campaigns across all channels: Email, Push (web/mobile), Telegram, Pop-up, In-app Inbox • Independently create CRM content (emails, pop-ups, banners, promo texts) - with a high level of English proficiency • Set up domain warm-up, manage domain and IP reputation, control deliverability • Analytics: work with BI reports, set up automated reports (Looker Studio / Google Data Studio or similar), A/B tests • Develop bonus offers (free spins, cashback, reload, missions, etc.) considering bonus economics

⚡️What is important: • Experience in iGaming: casino, crypto-casino IS A MUST. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a crypto project (crypto-casino or crypto-fintech with a transition from a fiat casino) • Experience in a successful, established project • Hands-on experience in Smartico: from 6 months - deep knowledge of all builders, automation, setup of journeys and bonuses • Analytical mindset: understanding of LTV, ARPU, retention rate, cohort analysis, bonus economics • Fluent English (written and spoken)
