We are looking for a Senior CRM & Retention Manager for a high-engagement trading product at the intersection of fintech, gamification, and real-time engagement**

Responsibilities:
- Build lifecycle communications: onboarding, activation, retention, winback
- Launch multi-channel CRM campaigns: email, push, in-app, Telegram
- Segment the audience and personalize communications
- Develop and test engagement mechanics (challenges, leaderboards, rewards, limited-time events, bonus campaigns)
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize user journeys
- Analyze key metrics: retention, FTD, conversion, ARPU, LTV
What's important to us:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention
- Experience with trigger-based and behavioral communications
- Practical experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Customer.io, OneSignal, or similar)
- Strong data-driven approach and understanding of retention mechanics
- Experience launching promo campaigns and engagement activities
Will be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming, betting, crypto, trading, or gamedev
- Experience with LiveOps and gamification systems
- Understanding of engagement loops and behavioral mechanics
