CRM Marketer for Search

We are creating Alice Search — a service that helps millions of people find answers and solve everyday tasks. It combines Yandex's search technologies and generative neural networks: thanks to this, the service understands complex queries and offers ready-made solutions. User habits are changing along with the product, and it's important for us to help people discover new possibilities of Search every day and use them effectively.

We are looking for a CRM marketer. Your task is to define the communication strategy with users and bring ideas to launch. You will need to:

• choose communication channels;
• build scenarios at different stages of the user journey;
• independently launch campaigns together with the marketing, product, analytics, and design teams.

You will be able to test hypotheses using A/B tests, track the results of your decisions by engagement and retention metrics, and also develop a CRM product used by a multi-million audience.

What tasks await you

CRM Strategy You will define the development of CRM: choose channels and technologies, create a long-term communication plan, and set goals for business metrics. You need to formulate a vision and priorities, present them to management, and coordinate them with marketing, product, and development plans.

End-to-end Launches You will bring initiatives to production: assemble a team of marketers, analysts, and designers, order texts and creatives, coordinate them with lawyers and authorized persons, and independently set up and test channels and segments.

Testing and Analytics You will need to generate hypotheses, create technical specifications for A/B tests, launch campaigns, and track their results. You will also need to prepare technical specifications for hypothesis testing, and afterwards — improve communications and prepare clear reports.

We expect you to have

• More than five years of experience in CRM/CVM
• Ability to manage end-to-end launches: from idea and segment to creatives, approvals, technical setup, and results analysis
• Comfort working with a large number of cross-functional teams — marketing, product, analytics, design, and lawyers
• Ability to work with hypotheses, A/B tests, and data, and improve communications based on them
• Not afraid to work hands-on: willingness to independently set up campaigns and segments and understand the technical side of launches
• Experience with CJM: gathered user journeys and improved weak spots
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

It will be a plus if you have

• Worked with the search market, classifieds, marketplaces, AI products, or large B2C services
• Understand the search market and AI assistants: know the players and understand how they differ from each other
