Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Search

Yandex Search helps tens of millions of people find answers to their questions every day. Our goal is to increase Search's market share through partnerships with major online platforms and to seek new growth opportunities in this channel.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. Together with the distribution team, you will develop marketing for the partner channel, look for new growth points, and launch scalable solutions.

What tasks await you

Partner Channel Growth Points You will look for ways to increase Search growth through online partnerships, discover new channels, and develop partner engagement mechanics.

Partner Base Development You will need to improve the effectiveness of working with current partners, launch new mechanics, and find ways to scale successful solutions.

Marketing Experiments You will formulate hypotheses, try new promotion formats, evaluate their impact on key metrics, and scale successful solutions to other partners.

Partner Acquisition Your tasks will include finding new partners, establishing cooperation with them, and launching joint marketing activities.

Product Promotion You will promote new Search features and capabilities through in-product communications, partner channels, and external platforms.

We expect you to

• Have at least five years of marketing experience
• Have managed cross-functional projects and can focus on key tasks
• Know how to find growth points, formulate hypotheses, and test them in practice
• Possess analytical skills to build a transparent connection between marketing activities and KPI achievement

It will be a plus if you

• Have experience with partner channels or trade marketing.
