Senior Product Marketing Manager for Yandex 360

We are looking for someone to take charge of product marketing for AI products within Yandex 360. The products have already entered the market, and our task now is to exponentially scale their growth, attract new users, strengthen marketing's contribution to sales, and help products achieve leading positions.

You will be responsible for building a marketing system: defining the go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities, establishing collaboration with product, commercial, and marketing teams, and achieving measurable results from plans.

What tasks await you

Formulate and implement the product marketing strategy for the Yandex 360 AI product portfolio You will be responsible for marketing's contribution to attracting new users and sales, developing product positioning, value propositions, and communication for various B2B audiences, as well as identifying the most promising use cases, segments, and growth opportunities.

Plan product launches and scaling: from hypothesis and GTM plan to results evaluation You will need to launch experiments and evaluate their results, find working acquisition mechanics, and scale them. Additionally, you will need to build interaction between product, sales, marketing, analytics, research, PR, and other teams.

We expect you to have

• At least five years of experience in product marketing (mandatory — with B2B products)
• Successfully launched new products to market, achieved measurable results (user growth, demand, sales, or market share), and are ready to discuss them in detail
• Independently developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy
• Ability to take responsibility for results, even when it requires attracting resources from other teams
• Participated in complex cross-functional collaboration in a large company or a similarly scaled environment
• Strong analytical skills: ability to build a funnel, define metrics, evaluate channel effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions
• Capacity to simultaneously see the big picture strategy and dive into details independently
• Interest in AI, regular use of AI tools in your work, understanding of their capabilities and limitations, and ability to find practical application scenarios for them

It will be a plus if you have

• Worked with technology, SaaS, or AI products
• Promoted new product categories where the market and user habits are still forming
• Ability to independently assemble AI prototypes, agents, and automations to test hypotheses and solve work tasks
• Built a marketing function or direction from an early stage
