In this role, you will be responsible for marketing projects in AI technologies and innovative products, developing and launching advertising campaigns, managing the department's budget, participating in annual planning, as well as coordinating document flow and internal team processes.
Responsibilities
- Development and launch of advertising campaigns
- Creation of creative ideas, brand identity, and product identity
- Interaction with agencies
- Work on technical solutions for product feature implementation, coordination of a comprehensive marketing strategy (360)
- Analysis of funnels and identification of product growth points
- Generation and implementation of hypotheses, analysis of competitors, audience segments, and market trends
- Benchmarking and evaluation of channel effectiveness
- Management of the direction's budget, participation in annual budget planning, coordination of document flow and operational team issues.
Requirements
- Higher education
- Marketing experience of 3+ years, including proven experience in organizing or promoting technological events (conferences, meetups, forums)
- Project management skills, prioritization, and achievement of set goals
- Willingness to test hypotheses, quickly master new tools, launch projects from scratch, and bring them to measurable results
- Ability to forecast market trends, successful case studies of implementing comprehensive 360 strategies, supported by analysis of key metrics
- Budget management experience for teams
- High adaptability to multitasking, developed empathy, ability to build effective communication within the team and with external contractors
- Experience with AI tools.
