Our task is to identify market needs and translate them into a product. Working with us means constant dynamics! After all, it is we who often set the pace for the work of other teams: when we analyze customer pain points, implement new features, and help create new sales and support processes.
We are actively developing products within the Conversational Cloud ecosystem and the Generative AI direction — working on solutions based on ChatGPT and other large language models.

Office and Remote Work
The headquarters, engineering office, and heart of Just AI are located in Saint Petersburg.

In addition to the office, we offer fully remote work from various cities in Russia and abroad. Our employees are located all over the world: Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Finland, Spain, Germany, and so on.

Salary is transferred in rubles. If you are outside the Russian Federation, you can independently convert the money into your desired currency.

Probationary Period
The probationary period lasts for 3 months. On the first working day, an individual development plan is created for the employee, outlining all tasks and goals for the entire probationary period. On the first day, you will receive all necessary access and links where you can find the required information.
During the probationary period, you will have mandatory meetings with an HR team representative and your mentor to discuss progress and adaptation. Meetings are held at the end of each month of the probationary period.
During the probationary period, employment conditions and salary are the same as after it, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
Work Schedule
Our company has a flexible work schedule, allowing you to independently structure your workday in accordance with the team's core working hours. The main condition is to ensure 40 working hours per week. Core hours we aim for are from 12:00 to 18:00 MSK, as our team works across different time zones. The main working hours at Just AI, during which calls, team meetings, and other activities may take place, are set from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK.

We have a clearly defined Employee Journey process — all stages of your professional development within Just AI.
Annually, we conduct a Performance Review — an assessment of the employee's professional work using the 360° system. Meetings are held once a year, when we summarize global results and set goals for the coming year. Once a month, we launch pulse surveys, and every six months, we synchronize on goals during personal development meetings.
In addition, we actively foster a knowledge-sharing culture; monthly, we organize Just Talks – knowledge sharing from colleagues for colleagues in a TED format, where we share interesting professional and personal experiences. We also have a special training program for team leads and a Mentorship program. This is an internal project whose essence is to help mentors in the independent professional growth of employees.
