OperAI — Middle Product Manager

OperAI is an interactive AI-based system for managing a company's operational activities. We turn the chaos in chats, meetings, and calendars into a clear picture of what's really happening in the business.

Our goal is to create a 'second brain for the CEO,' eliminate chaos from operations, and make processes transparent and manageable.

Currently, we are at the MVP development stage: we are already launching with pilot teams and actively testing product hypotheses.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Middle / Senior Product Manager who will take on product development: from backlog management and requirement formalization to working with customer development and participating in product strategy.

We need someone who is ready to build the product together with the founders, influence key decisions, and shape what the final product will be for the user.

Areas of responsibility:

1. Product and Strategy

• Formulate, test, and refine product hypotheses
• Participate in defining product vision and positioning
• Develop and design features
• Develop product architecture
• Work directly with the CEO and CTO
• Participate in strategic decisions (not just execution)

2. Backlog Management and Delivery

• Manage the product backlog
• Prioritize tasks within weekly sprints
• Prepare tasks for development and monitor them
• Maintain transparency of task status

3. Working with Development and Hypothesis Testing

• Conduct and analyze interviews
• Identify key pains, patterns, and signals from customers
• Validate product hypotheses
• Connect insights with the product (backlog updates, prioritization)

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably B2B / AI)
• Ability to work with backlog and prioritization, experience using various approaches
• Experience writing clear acceptance criteria
• Skill in structuring unstructured data — interviews, feedback.
• Understanding of the product development cycle (frontend/backend, their interaction)
• Ability to work under conditions of uncertainty

Will be a plus

• Experience in B2B / AI / operational teams
• Experience working in early-stage startups
• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets, databases)
