Looking for a strong Senior Product Manager

📍 Product IT company. We create B2C services based on AI, used by people in Russia, CIS, and abroad. We build web applications and earn through subscriptions.

Currently, we have 9 products. Some are successfully operating with no backlog tasks, while others are new. Your task will include prioritizing work for each.

Responsibilities:

• backlog and sprint management, grooming, research, post-paywall product creation, user experience management
• full product development lifecycle
• Discovery process management
• continuous hypothesis testing, close collaboration with the development team

Requirements:

• experience in product companies with a full product development cycle
• experience in building/improving business processes within the product department
• ability to create products for business goals, responsibility for necessary metrics
