📌 RedCore is hiring a Senior Product Manager (HR Tech focus)!
We’re looking for an Senior Product Manager with a strong background in HR Tech / Employee Experience to drive the development of our internal products within a broader ecosystem strategy.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience managing complex digital products with extensive functionality and large user bases
- Hands-on experience with HR Tech, Employee Experience, or internal products
- Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization
- Proven ability to lead Product Discovery, validate hypotheses, and analyze user journeys
- Data-driven mindset: making decisions based on product metrics, analytics, and business context
- Hands-on experience collaborating with BA, Design, Engineering, and QA teams
- Ability to evaluate initiatives based on user/business impact, complexity, and ROI
- English — B1 or higher
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
Nice to have:
- Experience with engagement, internal communication, recognition, and reward tools
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous requests and make outcome-driven decisions
What you’ll do:
- Own the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for key Employee Experience areas
- Lead initiatives end-to-end: from problem definition and solution discovery to launch and outcome evaluation
- Identify opportunities to enhance UX, simplify user journeys, and automate processes
- Define product metrics, success criteria, and analyze post-launch results
- Align stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and priority changes transparently
