Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take charge of the development of an AI product — from the initial hypotheses and MVP launch to scaling and growth of key metrics. Our product is focused on a B2C audience, mobile and desktop, with a Web2App funnel.

This is an opportunity not just to manage tasks, but to influence product strategy, make independent decisions, and create a product from scratch.

🎯 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Formulating product strategy, positioning, and roadmap.
• Defining MVP, launching the product, and being responsible for key metrics.
• Conducting Product Discovery, user interviews, and hypothesis validation.
• Launching A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Building product analytics: funnels, cohorts, events, and dashboards.
• Developing the Web2App funnel, improving activation, retention, and conversion to paid.
• Managing the backlog, sprints, releases, and app publication in stores.
• Coordinating the work of development, design, marketing, and analytics.

🤖 AI IN OUR WORK

We actively use AI for research, data analysis, prototyping, and automation. It is important to be proficient with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, or similar tools, to be able to create AI-workflows, quickly test ideas, and critically evaluate the results of models, including the quality of AI functions in real scenarios.

💡 WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US

• Experience in independent management of a B2C product and responsibility for its metrics.
• Proven experience in launching an MVP and developing a product post-release.
• Practical experience with Mobile and Web2App.
• Skills in Product Discovery, A/B testing, and product analytics.
• Understanding of activation, retention, churn, conversion to paid, and unit economics.
• Ability to prioritize, justify decisions, and work in conditions of uncertainty.
• Practical experience using AI in daily work.

⭐ WILL BE A PLUS

Experience with AI products, subscription monetization, B2B scenarios, SQL, and automation tools.
