We are looking for a Product Owner for the Artificial Intelligence division who will act as a strategic partner for managers, be able to quickly dive into and diagnose processes, identify areas for AI application, and transform routine managerial tasks into automated solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Independently shape the product vision and roadmap for AI implementation: identify business needs, define priority processes for automation, and assess implementation potential;
- Formulate and quantify business tasks, develop product hypotheses, evaluate economic impact, and defend initiatives to management;
- Manage the implementation of AI solutions in collaboration with the internal IT team and external contractors: from task definition and prototyping to launch and scaling;
- Analyze the market for AI tools and contractors, selecting optimal technologies considering cost, efficiency, and risks;
- Independently prototype solutions using AI tools, vibe coding, no-code/low-code platforms, and API integrations;
- Act as an expert and mentor for managers: train them on working with AI, help implement AI assistants and agents into daily processes;
- Evaluate the results of implementation through specific business metrics: time savings, cost reduction, efficiency increase, and ROI.

Experience:
- Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner with a focus on AI products, business process automation, or digitalization;
- Mandatory experience in successfully implementing AI solutions into real business processes with confirmed measurable results;
- Experience in independently developing product initiatives: from identifying business needs and economic assessment to solution launch;
- Experience interacting with development teams, managing contractors, and presenting product initiatives to management;
- Advantageous: experience in building an AI division from scratch, implementing a metrics culture, working in e-commerce/B2B.
