What you will be doing:
- Creating an AI agent team on the platform for specific project tasks;
- Designing product architecture using an AI platform;
- Efficiently using a multi-agent platform for generating code, tests, documentation;
- Formulating tasks for AI agents, controlling the quality of results;
- Orchestrating the development process through the platform;
- Developing the product for the customer, refactoring, new modules, organizing the product lifecycle process;
- Conducting initial working sessions with customer experts (gathering requirements in 2 hours);
- Extracting domain knowledge from business experts and transforming it into product requirements;
- Demonstrating prototypes, collecting feedback, iterations;
- Managing customer expectations, communicating deadlines and limitations.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial software development or IT consulting;
- Experience in independently implementing projects from idea to production (at least 2-3 projects) as an architect and/or team lead;
- Experience of direct communication with the customer (not through a manager);
- Practical experience with LLM / generative AI in development;
- Designing architecture for a business task, selecting technologies, evaluating scalability;
- Prompt engineering, working with multi-agent systems, understanding the capabilities and limitations of generative AI;
- Ability to understand a business task and propose a product solution, not just write code according to a technical specification;
- Ability to limit the scope of work, separate MVP from "wishlists", and meet deadlines;
- Experience conducting working sessions with customer experts, knowledge extraction, discussion management.
