Product Manager (AI Products)

🚀 We're hiring: Product Manager (AI Products) at Fura

What if your product work could directly change how a fast-scaling freight brokerage operates?

I'm looking for a Middle Product Manager to join Fura — an AI-first freight brokerage in the US that's growing fast despite a freight recession.

A few things that make Fura stand out:

• 📈 ~70% average annual revenue growth over the past 2 years
• 🏆 Inc. 5000 2025 — #777 nationally, #26 in Logistics & Transportation
• 💡 6 acquisitions already scaled with Fura's technology

You'll own AI-powered products across the full freight lifecycle — from voice agents and price prediction to automated bidding, compliance and billing.

This is a role where product decisions hit real business metrics, not just a backlog.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in Product Management
• 1+ year with AI/ML-powered products
• Practical knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Strong data literacy and technical fluency
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

📍 Remote 🕐 Flexible hours, with occasional late shifts (up to 21:00 WET) for US-timezone collaboration
