Product Manager Senior (AI, EdTech)

Responsibilities: • Manage the roadmap and backlog for all four products, with strict prioritization. • Study competitors and the AI in EdTech market, bring new ideas into projects. • Decide which part of the work is done by the model and which by regular product logic (hardcode). • Together with the DS/ML team: formulate tasks for the model, collect evaluation sets (evals), monitor quality, cost, and response latency, choose suitable models. • Conduct customer development with online schools, course creators, and students. Analyze support requests. Requirements: • At least six years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT product. • Successfully launched a product or feature on LLM into production and understanding how to evaluate its quality after release. • Understanding of how LLM products work (prompts, RAG, hallucinations, token costs). We don't force you to code, but you'll speak the same language as ML engineers. • Write technical specifications in a way that the team works without constant clarifications. • Ability to clearly formulate tasks for designers. Basic Figma skills will be a plus.
