The Softline IT group of companies is looking for a Chief Product Officer (AI Platform) to be responsible for: product strategy and GTM, team hiring and development, and business performance management.
The team is building a portfolio of AI products for B2B. Currently, there are several AI projects in various stages, and your task is to bring them to market and to the first paying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy. You will define: the product vision, customer journey touchpoints, CJM, Roadmap, and the barriers we build.
- Product Team. Assign tasks and accept work from the team (backlog, discovery, and delivery), coordinate interactions within products.
- Clients and Commercial Negotiations. You will represent the product in the market. You will manage clients personally: initial contact, briefing, pilot, price negotiation, renewal, escalation. You will be responsible for the commercial process with legal entities, partner and intermediary channels, retention, and client results.
- Monetization and Growth. You will be responsible for the company's business results (launch experiments, test hypotheses, improve product and financial performance), and build the company's business model.
Requirements:
- Managed a product as CPO for 3+ years and were responsible for business results;
- Launched a product or business line from scratch in conditions of high uncertainty;
- Integrated generative models — LLM, image, video — into your own product as a core value, not just a user interface addition;
- Developed a product strategy, decomposed it into specific steps, and defended it before the CEO/founders or investors; able to balance long-term goals with weekly tasks;
- Were responsible for bringing a product to market: positioning, acquisition channels, initial cases, conducting negotiations;
- Deep understanding of product metrics and independently work with data;
- Expert in the Russian/international AI market.
Will be a plus if you:
- Worked in a startup / developed a platform product;
- Have a technical background and understand the principles of GenAI, ML models.
