We are looking for a strong Product Owner for the "Center for Data Modeling and AI Solutions in Construction". Our division specializes in the development and application of artificial intelligence technologies to optimize construction processes. The team is working on a number of unique and innovative projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage the creation of AI agents for the construction efficiency management ecosystem: from concept development to release and scaling (Computer Vision, content generation, working with BIM and documentation);
- Product management of the AI agent line;
- Active participation in the transformation of construction object processes: review of current workflows, implementation of automation, abandonment of outdated routine practices;
- Formation and development of your own development team (ML engineers, backend, analysts), setting OKRs and managing the backlog;
- Constant interaction with stakeholders and representatives of other teams.
Requirements
- Product Manager / Product Owner experience of 5+ years (digital product management, not project management);
- AI product experience of 2-3+ years: deep understanding of the ML model lifecycle, data quality management, working with model metrics (Accuracy, Recall), experience in writing dataset requirements;
- Availability of ready-made cases for creating AI agents (ChatGPT-like solutions on corporate data, agent workflows, RAG systems, working with prompt engineering);
- Background in the construction industry: deep understanding of construction and installation works (СМР), commissioning (ПНР), and further operation of facilities;
- Experience working with construction documentation (project documentation, specifications, acts КС-2, КС-3) or BIM models (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla);
- Experience launching products from scratch: ability to work in conditions of high uncertainty and rapidly changing requirements;
- Instrumental possession of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
