About the product

Kontur.Factoring is an online platform for electronic document exchange between a supplier, factor, and buyer in factoring transactions.

Factoring will solve tasks for three segments of B2B product users: small and medium-sized businesses – suppliers and recipients of financing; corporate clients – companies acting as buyer-debtors; banks and financial companies – factors providing financing.

About the department

The development management has 2,500 people and 120 teams: developers, system analysts, QA engineers, designers, UX researchers, etc. We work in a matrix structure – everyone has a product team and a functional team. We solve complex engineering problems, develop ecosystem solutions, and share experience with internal and external communities.

Responsibilities

— Formulate, defend, and implement the product development strategy.

— Systematically increase client profitability and the active client base.

— Formulate and test product hypotheses.

— Analyze and segment the market to create a unique selling proposition (USP).

— Manage the backlog and roadmap: decompose product goals into team tasks, prioritize, control deadlines and quality, evaluate effectiveness.

— Develop user scenarios and optimize existing business processes.

— Build a feedback collection process for the product.

— Formulate and track product value metrics.

— Interact with a cross-functional team.

We expect

— At least five years of experience as a Product Owner in development.

— At least three years of relevant experience as a Product Owner in banks, factoring companies, or fintech with a B2B segment.

— Experience working in an agile team.

— Ability to work with analytics, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.

— Skills in working with hypotheses, ability to break them down into tasks, including launching and conducting research.

— Understanding of product unit economics.

— Skill in building effective communication within cross-functional and dedicated teams.
