PremiumBonus is a technological B2B SaaS platform for growing repeat sales in HoReCa and Retail.

We combine purchase data and help businesses increase repeat sales through automation, personal communication, and AI — via Wallet, Push, Email, mobile app, and chatbots.

Today, 400+ clients are with us, including Rosa Khutor, Abrau-Durso, NIKA, Novikov, FARШ, Azimut Hotels, Mu-Mu, Yakitoriya, Tashir Pizza, and others.

We are now looking for a CPO / Product Owner who will take responsibility for the development of the product direction and will be accountable for strategy, economics, and business results.

🔸What you will do: – Formulate product strategy and roadmap. – Be responsible for P&L, unit economics, and monetization. – Manage product metrics: MRR/ARR, LTV, Churn, NRR. – Lead a team of product managers, analysts, and designers. – Together with the CTO, shape the product & tech roadmap. – Launch product initiatives and experiments. – Collaborate with CEO, CTO, Sales, and Marketing.

🔸Mandatory requirements for your candidacy: – 3–5+ years as CPO / Head of Product / Product Director in B2B SaaS. – Experience in managing P&L and unit economics. – Experience managing a product team. – Strong data-driven approach and understanding of product metrics. – Experience working with CTO and development teams.

Will be a plus: MarTech / CDP / CRM / Loyalty, HoReCa, Retail, Enterprise.
