Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the product's P&L and clearly understand which features and why they will affect key metrics — GMV and EBITDA;
- Deeply research user behavior and product data so that every hypothesis is supported by facts and figures;
- Take responsibility and be accountable for the final result and what it will be. And we, in turn, will do everything to ensure that you have all the necessary resources and support for this;
- Stay focused on the main goals and independently determine the tasks and directions that will yield the maximum result, and do not get distracted by secondary matters.
Requirements
- Experience with relevant tasks for 3+ years;
- Be responsible for the value stream and its P&L;
- Accustomed to extensive research, going out to the field, studying clients and finding new growth points;
- Think outside the box and seek inspiration in the new;
- Love numbers and rely on them in your work;
- Prefer to show results quickly;
- Lead projects and help others accelerate;
- See opportunities in every difficulty.
