Dobro.pfr Association** is looking for a Product Owner.
What you will be doing:
- Take full responsibility for the assigned product: product metrics, customer journeys, conversion, retention. You will determine what affects conversion, what is important to do now, and define customer journeys.
- Manage the product backlog: clearly articulate the product goal, create, prioritize, and make backlog items transparent so that the team and stakeholders understand what we are doing and why.
- Develop the product across all platforms: web and mobile versions for iOS and Android, ensuring a unified customer journey while considering the specifics of each platform.
- Formulate and test hypotheses before development: key product changes will go into development with a hypothesis tested on real users.
- Collect and simplify user journeys: identify the ideal path, the actual path, gaps, and implement regular small steps to close them.
Candidate expectations:
- Ability to think from the user's perspective: understand what job the user "hires" the product for, and be able to separate the task from the solution and the problem.
- Ability to work with data and facts: prove your point of view with numbers and metrics; honestly separate facts from opinions; be able to look not only at those who converted but also at those who didn't, and ask "what did we do wrong?" instead of blaming it on seasonality.
- Hands-on ability and ability to show results: you can assemble a prototype in Figma, write an SQL query, and understand product analytics.
- Experience with mobile versions of products on iOS and Android — understanding the differences between a mobile product and a web product (release cycles through app stores, push notifications, OS versions, offline scenarios).
- Ability to generate hypotheses, prioritize, quickly test, and scale what works. For you, an unsuccessful hypothesis is knowledge, not an excuse.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Company offers:
- Annual bonus based on the achievement of the Association's strategic goals.
- Extended VHI package with dental care, psychological support, and additional health support programs.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development: corporate training, participation in industry conferences, forums, and federal-level expert events.
- "Talent Pool" program for employees with management potential. They help you grow within the organization and provide opportunities to prepare for new professional challenges and leadership roles.
- Opportunity to influence the organization's development. They support employee initiatives, help bring strong ideas to life, and recognize the contributions of those who help make Dobro.pfr better.
- Unique professional experience and networking. Working at Dobro.pfr allows you to build a wide range of professional contacts, participate in federal-scale events, and develop expertise at the intersection of government, business, and the non-profit sector.
- Rich corporate life: apartment gatherings, quests, movie nights, team outings, and family celebrations. Also, the opportunity to participate in donor drives, charity events, and humanitarian missions. All of this helps you get to know each other better and feel like part of a large community.
- Work in a modern office in Moscow City (Federation Tower), where comfortable conditions are created for productive work, meetings with colleagues, and joint implementation of new ideas.
