Requirements
- Product Experience: Approximately two years in B2C products, including independent management of a feature or user scenario. The content of the work and personal responsibility are more important than tenure.
- Strong Discovery: Ability to identify user problems through data and research, formulate hypotheses, and test them before full development.
- Analytical Thinking: Experience with funnels, segments, cohorts, and product metrics; can explain the decisions made based on data.
- Experimentation Experience: Participated in setting up and analyzing A/B tests, made decisions based on the results.
- Launch Experience: Brought solutions to users together with design and development teams, evaluated the impact after release.
- Practical Application of AI: Uses tools for analysis, prototyping, or automation; can provide a specific case and explain how quality was tested.
- Independence and Communication: Organizes work in their area, negotiates with stakeholders, identifies risks, and clearly articulates solutions.
