We at T-Mobile (formerly Tinkoff Mobile) are looking for a strong Middle Product Manager in the VAS services direction — these are products and services that enrich the subscriber's experience and provide additional value on top of basic connectivity. Here you will find everything needed for real product work: freedom in hypotheses, short cycles, and real impact on the product.

What you will do

● Build a hypothesis factory. Run continuous product discovery: generate ideas, prioritize, test, and scale what works.

● Lead the product from idea to release. Be responsible for the full cycle: from hypothesis testing and prototyping to development, launch, and iterations based on data.

● Be responsible for the customer experience. Monitor product and UX quality, be the voice of the user within the team, and make product decisions based on user insights.

● Work with analytics. Define metrics, analyze data, conduct A/B tests, and make decisions based on numbers, not feelings.

What we expect

✓ 2+ years of experience as a product manager in digital products

✓ Strong analytical foundation: ability to work with metrics, data, and test hypotheses through experiments

✓ Product discovery skills: custdev, in-depth interviews, usability tests

✓ Experience building CJM and understanding user scenarios

✓ Ability to communicate ideas and justify decisions in the language of business and data

Will be a plus

● Experience in telecom, fintech, or subscription services

● Experience using AI tools in product work
