The Digital Services Department develops an ecosystem of internal and external company web services: from the corporate portal and personal accounts to Electronic Document Management (EDM), service, and partner solutions.
We create and maintain digital products for employees, clients, and partners, and also develop educational and marketing platforms (internships, events, conferences).
Responsibilities:
— Development and implementation of service portal evolution;
— Research of target audience and competitors;
— Determination of key product metrics;
— Collection and processing of content for website placement;
— Formation of product hypotheses and their testing: customer development, A/B testing, UX tests, etc.;
— Management of the product backlog: filling, prioritizing, taking into account the product's economics and strategy.
We expect from the future team member:
— At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in IT companies (experience in IT vendor and IT integrator is desirable);
— Successful product cases in the IT B2B, B2C segment;
— Proficiency in product metrics;
— Developed analytical skills: ability to solve problems based on data analysis, formulate hypotheses, and measure the impact of implemented changes;
— Experience with software: Jira, Figma, metrics.
Additionally, we welcome:
— Experience in creating websites for international markets (desirable).
