ATS Product Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the personnel selection automation system (ATS) for the MTS group of companies, ensuring an innovative approach to HR process digital transformation;
- Conduct market research, customer development, and UX testing to understand user needs;
- Prioritize the backlog and create a product development roadmap, focusing on the company's strategic goals;
- Work with product analytics, monitor product health, and conduct A/B tests for informed decision-making;
- Formulate and implement a product development strategy, interacting with all process participants and stakeholders.
What we expect
- 2+ years of experience as a PO;
- Deep understanding of the product cycle, including Discovery and Delivery processes;
- Experience working with various communication channels and knowledge of attraction/sales funnel formation principles;
- Ability to work with product analytics and A/B tests;
- Excellent communication and soft skills, ability to work in a large team;
- Maximum level of autonomy and excellent prioritization skills;
- Data-driven approach to process and product management.
