We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Digital Voluntary Medical Insurance team.

Our team is responsible for the user experience of the "Corporate Health" product. This is our flagship product, which includes online and offline medical services. The goal is to reduce the time our users spend on clinic visits and service approvals, and to provide them with quality medical care to solve their problems.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Be responsible for the patient journey in the application and web;
• Develop the product and change the digital medicine market;
• Implement automation and AI in classical user journeys;
• Closely interact with all horizontal departments – business, accounting, operational and medical departments, support, marketing;
• Conduct research, interviews, A/B tests, and everything else that will help you form and test hypotheses, and form the team's backlog;
• Work within a dedicated product team with a tech lead, be responsible for features from hypothesis to production release.

Required Technical Skills:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Have experience with both web and mobile applications;
• Ability to work with product analytics and support your decisions with data;
• Ability to independently research a problem and defend the solution to stakeholders;
• We work without project managers, so we expect you to have basic technical literacy and an understanding of development stages and metrics;
• You can manage and lead cross-functional features and be the feature owner of your solution;
• You are familiar with AI, apply it in your work and daily routine.
