We currently have many interesting tasks:

• simplifying the patient journey;
• eliminating unnecessary waiting and approvals;
• developing the app and web;
• implementing AI and automation where they are truly useful.

There will be a lot of independence in the work: from problem research and hypothesis to release and results. Lots of communication with business, doctors, support, and development. And yes, we don't have project managers 😎 So we need someone who loves to drive their feature to completion themselves.

Who is our ideal candidate:

• You have 3+ years of experience;
• You are data-driven;
• You understand web and mobile;
• You are not afraid of the technical side;
• You already use AI in your work.
