Product Manager (AI Assistant) for the SberZdorovye digital health platform
SberZdorovye digital health platform is looking for an experienced Product Manager for the AI Technologies and Agents Department.
Your role will be to develop the medical AI assistant: create new skills and continuously improve existing ones. Enhance key conversions by disrupting the user experience from reactive to proactive health management! You should feel confident not only in product and business, but also in cutting-edge technologies. The role involves close interaction with stakeholders and the Bank, and managing a dedicated development team.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Development of the AI assistant platform: creating skills, improving response quality, proactivity
- Creation of a personalized AI-based patient health map with expert health risk assessment, diagnostic recommendations, and advice on lifestyle, nutrition, and physical activity
- Shaping a unique user experience and testing new technologies
- Monetization of the company's AI products
Required technical skills:
- 3+ years of product management experience in a strong product culture
- Understanding of skills, agents, and sub-agents in GenAI
- Deep understanding of unit economics in various monetization models (transaction, subscription)
- No fear of uncertainty and stakeholders, ability to identify key priorities, prioritize, and score on the go
- Experience in HealthTech or MedTech will be a plus
