Product manager (Registry)
We are looking for a Product Manager for the B2C Product Monetization stream. You will be responsible for improving conversions, average check, and LTV, launching personalized solutions, and testing hypotheses for new products.
The role involves close interaction with stakeholders and the bank, as well as managing development teams.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Be responsible for key product and business metrics and achieving goals for them
- Formulate the development strategy for the area, build processes, and look for new growth points
- Conduct research, interviews, A/B tests, and everything that will help you form and test hypotheses, and then turn them into a ready backlog of tasks for the team
Required technical skills:
- Product management experience of 3+ years in B2C products (web + mobile).
- Team management experience with direct reports as product managers for 1+ year
- Launching projects with a real impact on revenue and monetization
- We work without project managers, so we expect you to have basic technical literacy and an understanding of development stages
- You are not afraid of a large number of stakeholders, you know how to separate the necessary from the sufficient, prioritize, and score on the fly
