Product Manager (Segments) for the SberZdorovye digital health platform
SberZdorovye digital health platform is looking for a Product Manager (Segments) to be responsible for conversion on the website and in the app.
The role's objective is to deeply understand users: their motivations, fears, barriers, and behavior on the path to ordering tests, and then translate these insights into product solutions that grow conversion and revenue.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Identify growth points and new product opportunities — the product is undergoing active transformation, so there is room for experimentation and changes in approaches.
- Research users: conduct customer development, in-depth interviews, UX research (independently and in collaboration with designers, UX researchers, and analysts).
- Formulate a product strategy for the vertical: from vision and product hypothesis to a set of key success metrics.
- Participate in setting quarterly product goals and be responsible for their achievement together with the development, design, and analytics team.
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses for increasing conversion (Web + App), launch experiments, and interpret results.
What we are looking for in candidates:
- Experience working in big tech or large product teams with a developed culture of experiments and analytics.
- Ability to work in a data-driven environment: formulate success metrics, take responsibility for their dynamics, and explain decisions through numbers.
- Experience working with high-load services (from ~500K MAU) and influencing product funnels.
- Practical experience in conversion management in aggregators, classifieds, marketplaces, or e-commerce for 2+ years (Web + App).
- Proven experience influencing revenue growth of 30%+ per year. We have plans to grow by 100%.
- Real hands-on experience conducting user research: from setting tasks to synthesizing insights and solutions.
- Skill in formulating and testing hypotheses: customer development, competitor and market analysis, working with data.
- Understanding of approaches: lean startup, MVP, UX design, A/B tests, and other experiment formats, as well as an awareness that not every hypothesis requires a new backend component.
- Ability to prioritize a backlog (e.g., RICE/ICE/Kano) and justify decisions with research results, experiments, and metrics.
What will be a plus:
- Understanding of the MedTech market in Russia or experience implementing new products in retail, classifieds, or related industries.
- Strong soft skills: proactivity, willingness to take responsibility and make mistakes, ability to defend a position on the merits, a systematic approach to problems, and readiness to make decisions under uncertainty.
What we offer:
- Format: Hybrid (from 2 days per week).
- Health care: Free access to telemedicine and in-person appointments at private clinics (including dentistry and sessions with psychologists).
- Benefits: Company mortgage loan conditions.
- Development: Individual development plan for everyone, which will help you always see the direction of your path.
- Training: English language with a corporate teacher and discounts on courses at Skyeng, compensation for training from leading platforms on the market.
- Stability and comfort: Official employment, stable payments, paid sick leave and vacation, modern equipment.
- Sports: Partial compensation for sports club membership, free squash and football classes.
And also:
- We will always support you if you wish to attend or, even more so, speak at industry conferences.
- We communicate informally (using "you"), dislike bureaucracy, and always help each other.
