Senior Product Manager

Hi! It's Cian again, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Short-Term Rentals team.

We're developing our own booking product: we help users quickly and safely find accommodation for trips, and we work on the entire user journey – from search to check-in.

What you'll be doing: • Developing product strategy and forming the roadmap. • Identifying growth points through research, analytics, and hypothesis testing. • Managing discovery and delivery: from idea to release and performance evaluation. • Improving user experience and influencing key product and business metrics. • Working closely with a cross-functional team and stakeholders.

Who we're looking for: A product manager with over 5 years of experience in B2C, who knows how to work with data, evaluate the impact of product changes, and bring ideas to measurable results. Experience in traveltech, marketplaces, e-commerce, or classifieds will be a plus.
