SberZdorovye is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Monetization) for their digital health platform.
The role involves a scope of responsibility with a direct impact on the company's business metrics. You will work with purchase conversion rates, average check size, and other metrics affecting customer LTV, as well as focus on personalization and testing hypotheses for new product launches.
You will interact extensively with stakeholders and the bank, manage development teams, and lead a team of product managers.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Be responsible for key product and business metrics and achieving goals for them;
- Formulate the development strategy for the area, build processes, and identify new growth opportunities;
- Conduct research, interviews, A/B tests, and anything else that will help you form and verify hypotheses, and then turn them into a ready backlog of tasks for the team;
- People management: 2-3 product managers in the teams. Full responsibility for their results and development.
Required Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in B2C products (web + mobile);
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team with product managers under your supervision;
- Launching projects with a real impact on revenue and monetization;
- We work without project managers, so we expect you to have basic technical literacy and an understanding of development stages;
- You are not afraid of a large number of stakeholders, you know how to separate the necessary from the sufficient, prioritize, and make decisions on the fly.
Will be a plus:
- If you already have experience with subscriptions.
