SberHealth is looking for a Product Lead (Clinic Appointments).
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop the strategy for the "Clinic Appointments" direction and find new growth points;
- Be responsible for key metrics: revenue, conversion, repeat applications, and plan fulfillment;
- Deep dive into the product: conduct research, interviews, A/B tests, verify hypotheses, and turn them into a clear backlog for the team;
- Develop and optimize the entire user journey — from booking a doctor's appointment to payment;
- Lead a team of five product managers: set goals, help them grow, and be responsible for the overall result.
Required Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C products;
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 2+ PMs;
- You can not only conduct research yourself and apply the results in your work, but also help other product managers with your expertise;
- They work without project managers, so they expect you to have basic technical literacy and an understanding of development stages;
- You are not afraid of a large number of stakeholders, you know how to separate the necessary from the sufficient, prioritize, and score on the go.
What SberHealth can offer:
- Format: Hybrid (from 3 days a week, Technopark metro station).
- Health care: Free access to telemedicine and in-person appointments at private clinics (including dentistry and psychologist sessions);
- Benefits: Mortgage lending conditions from Sberbank.
- Development: Individual development plan for everyone, which will help you always see the vector of your path;
- Training: English language with a corporate teacher and discounts on courses at Skyeng, compensation for training from leading platforms on the market;
- Stability and comfort: Official employment, stable payments, sick leave and vacation pay, modern equipment;
- Sports: Partial compensation for a sports membership, free squash and football classes;
And also:
- They will always support you if you want to attend relevant conferences, and even more so, speak at them;
- They communicate informally (using "you"), dislike bureaucracy, and always help each other.
