A Product Director is sought for the medical solutions development company Sber Med AI. This role will lead the company's product strategy development and help create in-demand MedTech solutions that transform healthcare delivery. The position offers a high level of influence over the product, business results, and the company's long-term growth.
SberMedAI is a technology company developing AI solutions for healthcare. The primary focus is the public sector (B2G), with a successful track record of international contracts. In 2026, the company plans a systematic entry into international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals for entering new markets and business directions
- Forming the product portfolio based on market needs, managing the existing portfolio
- Formulating and justifying the product strategy, transitioning to a growth strategy through product
- Responsibility for product pricing and market capacity
- Responsibility for product development, including the full cycle of creating and launching products, from strategy and concept to implementation path selection
- Setting up product processes, organizing the work of the product office team
- Organizing the collection and analysis of requirements for tasks from internal and external customers
- Monitoring the execution of the product strategy
- Identifying, elaborating, and prioritizing development requirements and new product functionality
- Analyzing user actions and improving products
- Conducting research on our products and monitoring competitors
- Interacting with the supervising block of PJSC Sberbank
Candidate Profile:
- Successful experience (with specific results/achievements indicated) in a Product Unit Lead / Product Owner role for at least 3 years
- Successful product launches
- Experience in building and executing a multi-step product development or launch strategy
- Experience working in IT companies
- Management experience of at least 3 years
- Desire to grow and develop in the innovative field of artificial intelligence in medicine
- Higher education (technical preferred)
- Ability to set tasks, monitor their execution, solve problems, manage risks, plan, and effectively manage a team
- Systems thinking, focus on business results, ability to propose different solutions to professional tasks, negotiation skills
- Ability to defend one's point of view to colleagues
- Inclination towards continuous improvement and optimization of oneself and everything around
- High work capacity
