We at SberHealth are looking for a Group CPO. This is a new level/new role: a person who will formulate a unified product strategy and take our AI products to a fundamentally different scale.

About the role. We have four business units (from telemedicine to smart devices) and strong CPOs in each. The task is to bring this into a unified logic, remove blockers in interaction, and enhance synergy. The key focus is AI products (AI medical assistants, risk profiles). These are not experiments, but already operational services that must grow multiple times.

Key challenges: — Matrix management of teams. — Portfolio-level strategy (where we invest, what we wind down). — Securing investments before the CEO and the Board of Directors.

Who we need: — Experience as CPO / Head of Product in major digital companies (from 1+ billion). — Real cases with AI products in production. — Managing teams, directly and in a matrix, of 100+ people.
