The Domain Lead is responsible for the launch and scaling of AI scenarios and complex solutions in various spheres of human life (finance, travel, health, education, career, etc.). This is a portfolio management role for initiatives: they oversee several domain areas, each comparable in scale to a separate business. They are responsible for results — users, economics, and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of products/scenarios: from idea and prototype to MVP, scaling, and financial impact.
- Design scenarios for GigaChat, web/mobile, and multimodal UIs.
- Decompose complex tasks into steps, agents, and functions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, form product improvement proposals.
- Manage the portfolio of domains and their priorities.
- Lead initiative leaders and their teams.
- Be responsible for launching new solutions and scaling them.
- Ensure a unified quality standard for products and scenarios.
- Work at the intersection of product and technology: formulate integration and tool requirements, consider AI limitations, ensure solution stability and predictability.
- Make decisions on development, resource reallocation, and initiative closure.
Requirements:
- Current experience in creating new products/services (B2C, B2B, etc.): specific cases reflecting scale and results are required (experience in a startup as a Product Owner/Chief Product Owner/Founder is critical for us).
- Higher education in economics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience as a Product Owner/Chief Product Owner (PO/CPO+) and above — from 3 years.
- Experience creating solutions using AI.
- Competency in discovery, user experience design, and understanding of customer journey concepts.
- Results-oriented, developed product vision (including cross-industry analysis skills and the ability to identify hidden connections and dependencies).
- Proficiency in modern user journey design and analysis methods.
- Understanding of LLM behavior: reasoning, intents, context.
- Ability to explain complex things in simple terms.
- Willingness to work in high uncertainty and pace.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Autonomy, leadership, passion for innovation, and high self-organization.
