Sber is looking for a Product Director.
The team is implementing the bank's mission to transition to autonomy through the use of artificial intelligence. The main goal is to create a unique platform that allows for the effective application of AI in everyday processes and operations, improving the quality of services and the bank's operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Leading product/scenario development: from idea and prototype to MVP, scaling, and financial impact
- Maintaining the integrity of product development (UX/UI, logic, technology)
- Designing scenarios for GigaChat, web/mobile, and multimodal UIs
- Decomposing complex tasks into steps, agents, and functions
- Conducting market and competitor analysis, forming proposals for product improvement
- Identifying needs and implementing them on the product side
- Participating in product roadmap creation and release management
- Working with LLM model behavior (intents, responses, facts, context)
- Managing product teams
- Ensuring effective interaction between teams
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
- Current experience in creating new products/services (B2C, B2B, etc.): specific cases reflecting scale and results are required (experience in a startup as a Product Owner/Chief Product Owner/Founder is critical for us)
- Experience as a Product Owner/Chief Product Owner (PO/CPO+) or higher – from 3 years
- Experience creating solutions using AI
- Competence in research (discovery), user experience design, and understanding of customer journey concepts
- Results-oriented, developed product vision (including cross-industry analysis skills and the ability to identify hidden connections and dependencies)
- Proven experience launching a product from scratch and scaling it.
- Understanding of LLM behavior: reasoning, intents, context
- Willingness to work in high uncertainty and pace
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
- Autonomy, leadership, passion for innovation, and high self-organization
