RUFP is a Russian AI agent that allows users to create websites, applications, automations, and internal services by describing tasks in plain language (an analog of Claude Code and Codex).
We are building a product not just for developers. Our users are entrepreneurs, employees of small companies, analysts, sellers, and people with their own ideas. Previously, they had to find a developer, pay contractors, and wait for months. Now, they can perform a significant portion of this work themselves.
Our goal is to make the creation of digital products accessible to everyone. We want the distance between an idea and a working result to be measured not in months, but in days or hours.
We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of user experience development and help RUFP become a mass-market product.
We don't need a task coordinator or a backlog administrator. We are looking for someone who deeply understands users, identifies key growth areas, and takes responsibility for the results alongside the founders.
To be upfront: we currently have a no-life culture. We are building RUFP at a very high pace and are essentially thinking about the product 24/7. This is not a vacancy for a calm 9-to-6 schedule. Sometimes an important issue needs to be addressed in the evening, and a strong idea needs to be tested without waiting for the next sprint. We don't expect you to be formally online every minute, but we do expect high personal involvement and an attitude towards the product as if it were your own business.
Responsibilities:
- Define with the founders what RUFP should become and what product tasks will lead us to this goal.
- Study user behavior: conduct interviews, analyze support requests, watch session recordings, and analyze product data.
- Identify the main barriers from registration to the first successful result.
- Develop the product funnel: activation, conversion to subscription, retention, reuse, and upgrades to higher tiers.
- Transform user problems and business goals into concrete hypotheses.
- Quickly launch experiments, evaluate results, and make decisions about further development.
- Manage product priorities and protect the team from features that do not provide noticeable value to the user or business.
- Formulate clear tasks for development and support them from idea to launch.
- Work on onboarding, pricing, limits, payments, and other important parts of the user journey.
- Help make complex AI agent capabilities understandable to individuals without technical experience.
- Figure out why a user failed to complete a task, didn't purchase a subscription, or stopped using the product.
- Work closely with development, support, and marketing.
- Monitor the development of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other AI products.
- Independently test RUFP and competitors, create prototypes, and validate ideas.
- Be responsible for changes in product and business metrics, not for the number of tasks completed.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager in an IT product, SaaS service, or tech startup.
- Ability to independently go from an identified problem to a released solution and evaluate its results.
- Understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, retention, and subscription models.
- Experience conducting user interviews and validating product hypotheses.
- Ability to distinguish a real user problem from a casual request for a new feature.
- Capacity to make decisions quickly, even with insufficient information.
- Ability to formulate tasks clearly and concisely without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Technical literacy sufficient for productive collaboration with developers.
- Sincere interest in AI, LLM, agents, and vibe-coding.
- Willingness to work hands-on: test the product, examine data, talk to users, and build prototypes.
- High speed, independence.
