An investment company BCS Mir Investitsiy is seeking an AI Assistant Product Lead (International Project).

Position Objective:
To build and develop the AI domain as a product function, ensuring measurable business impact: growth in customer value, reduction of operational costs, and increased business scalability.
A key product role within the business/project ecosystem. A high degree of autonomy and responsibility for results.
Responsibilities:
AI Strategy and Prioritization:
- Formulate AI strategies in conjunction with the overall product and business strategy
Identify Priority AI Cases:
- Customer products (AI assistant, personalization, recommendations)
- Customer support and operations
- Risk, fraud, compliance automation
- Internal tools for the team
AI Products and Delivery:
- Own AI products and functions end-to-end: from idea to scaling
- Manage the AI domain roadmap
- Control the quality of AI solutions from the perspective of UX, implementation, competitiveness, and reliability
Integration of AI into Customer Journeys and Processes:
- Embed AI functions into key customer scenarios
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams on user experience
- Optimize business processes through AI automation
Business Impact and Metrics:
- Responsibility for the business results of AI functions:
- LTV, retention, NPS
- Reduction of operational and support costs
- Formulate and control KPIs for the AI domain
- Prepare reports
Candidate Requirements:
- English language proficiency (C1 and above)
- Experience in international projects will be an advantage
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of experience in product management / product leadership
- Practical experience launching AI/ML features or data-driven products
- Understanding of how ML models and LLMs work (no requirement to be a data scientist)
- Experience with product metrics and business metrics, creating and implementing AI assistants from scratch
- Ability to translate business tasks into AI product requirements
Will be an advantage:
