An AI Assistant Product Manager (international project) is required for the investment company BCS World of Investments.

Role Objective:
To build and develop the AI direction as a product function that ensures measurable business impact: increased customer value, reduced operating costs, and improved business scalability.
A key product role within the business/project ecosystem. High degree of autonomy and responsibility for results.
Responsibilities:
AI Strategy and Prioritization:
- Formulate AI strategies in conjunction with the overall product and business strategy.
Define Priority AI Cases:
- Customer products (AI assistant, personalization, recommendations)
- Customer support and operations
- Risk, fraud, compliance automation
- Internal team tools
AI Products and Delivery:
- Own AI products and functions end-to-end: from idea to scaling.
- Manage the AI roadmap.
- Control the quality of AI solutions in terms of UX, implementation, competitiveness, and reliability.
Integrating AI into Customer Journeys and Processes:
- Embed AI functions into key customer scenarios.
- Collaborate with UX and Product teams on user experience.
- Optimize business processes through AI automation.
Business Impact and Metrics:
- Responsibility for the business results of AI functions:
- LTV, retention, NPS
- Reduction of operational and support costs
- Formulate and monitor KPIs for the AI direction.
- Prepare reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- English language proficiency (C1 level and above).
- Experience in international projects will be an advantage.
Mandatory:
- 5+ years of experience in product management / product leadership.
- Hands-on experience launching AI/ML features or data-driven products.
- Understanding of ML models and LLM principles (no requirement to be a data scientist).
- Experience with product metrics and business metrics, creating and implementing AI assistants from scratch.
- Ability to translate business tasks into AI product requirements.
Will be an advantage:
