• Formulating product vision and managing the backlog; • identifying frequent and labor-intensive processes for automation; • evaluating product impact based on data and metrics; • managing product economics and LLM usage costs; • leading the development team, developing and supporting employees; • scaling successful AI scenarios and training users; • interacting with process owners, information security, IAM, architecture, and compliance; • representing the product and its development solutions at industry committees.

What is important to us:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager; • experience in developing a technical or platform product; • experience in managing a development team; • strong product discovery and product metrics management skills; • understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and economics; • experience in an Agile and SAFe context; • ability to build interactions with business and technical stakeholders.
