Senior AI Product Manager at Lamoda
Lamoda is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the area of AI agent-based infrastructure solutions.
The goal is to create platform products that transform the approach to development, test automation, and data management within the company.
What you will do:
- Formulate the development strategy for internal AI products to automate engineering processes and platform solutions.
- Manage products in the field of AI-assisted development: code assistants, code generation tools, development automation, and enhancing the efficiency of engineering teams.
- Develop the integration layer for AI systems to interact with corporate data, services, and internal platforms.
- Work with engineering teams on product architecture and system design.
- Define product metrics, create roadmaps, and manage priorities.
- Act as a liaison between business, engineers, data, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience with similar products at the intersection of product, data, and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience launching and developing AI products, or products based on data and analytical platforms.
- Understanding of modern technologies in artificial intelligence and generative models.
- Experience with agent systems, LLMs, or related AI technologies.
- Strong technical background: ability to discuss solution architecture, integrations, and system design.
- Ability to independently form product hypotheses and drive them to implementation.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience with DWH, Data Platform, Data Lake, or ML Platform.
- Understanding of corporate data architecture and knowledge management principles.
- Experience creating products for developers.
