About the product: Arka is a cloud-based dairy farm management system. It currently manages data for around 300,000 cows: every insemination, calving, milk yield, and treatment is recorded in our database. We are building the product for livestock specialists, veterinarians, and inseminators (cows don't provide feedback), and we are taking clients from DairyComp – an American desktop program with a nineties interface that controls half the market. On top of the collected data, we are building Arkasha, an AI agent that understands the entire farm and answers questions in place of a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product: lead functional areas from idea to release (including farm onboarding and new domains like 'Feeding').
• Manage 'Arkasha': develop our AI agent, transforming deep farm data into understandable recommendations for users.
• Manage the team and processes: build the roadmap, prioritize tasks for a cross-functional team, and be responsible for the results.
• Be 'in the field': constantly communicate with farmers and integrators to understand the real market needs.
• Scale AI tooling: develop an internal harness based on coding agents (Claude Code) to accelerate development and product tasks.
• Make data-driven decisions: dive deep into statistics to understand how product features actually work and how to develop them further.

Team:

Four people report to this role: a product manager, a designer, a tester, and an integration manager. Externally, there is an integration team that sells and implements Arka on farms.

Candidate Expectations:

• Deep understanding of data: understand data architecture, ability to find anomalies and design product development based on real farm behavior and their specific scenarios (edge cases).
• Experience with coding agents: you use tools like Claude Code daily. A prototype of a new feature is assembled by an agent here; documentation and product routine also go through agents. The product repository contains nearly thirty skills for Claude Code – from multi-agent specification processing to an AI farm audit generator. We need someone who already works this way and wants to further develop this harness.
• High level of Ownership: we are looking for "executors". You can take functionality under personal control, dive into it, design it, and bring it to production, independently building processes.
• Active external communication: Lots of external communication: interviews with farmers, demos of new features to integrators, sales calls.

What you will gain along the way:

Domain expertise in dairy farming. It's not required at the start, but you'll have it within a year: how feeding relates to milk production, why a long service period for a cow is bad, and a very short one is also bad, what treatment protocols are, how mastitis works. Without this, you won't be able to talk to farms or set tasks for the team.
