Corp IT is the internal IT department that ensures employees work effectively and without hindrance.
We have an exciting task that we've been working on for over a year: rethinking internal support (Helpy and Service Desk) from an AI-Enabled to an AI-First approach. It's not just about "bolting on an LLM," but finding real scenarios where AI helps employees get answers faster, allows support staff to spend less time on routine tasks, and makes products more user-friendly and functional.
Currently, Sergey Zayats is working on this task. The new role will be within his team – involving close collaboration, a significant amount of product-related tasks, and a clear scope for impact. This role is for someone interested in creating internal AI products for tangible benefit – both for tens of thousands of employees and for hundreds of support specialists.
You will be working with RAG, MCP, agents, multi-agent systems, intents, and a large number of real-world user scenarios. A particular challenge is the vast scale of our internal users' geography:
