AI Product Manager
Telecom Cloud (UzCloud) — the infrastructural foundation of Uzbekistan's sovereign cloud.
About the product
We are developing the UzCloud AI and Private Gateway ecosystem:
- AI tools for working with documents, knowledge, and communication;
- Secure perimeter for using external models (GPT, Claude, etc.);
- Control: data masking, audit, compliance with requirements.
🎯 What you will be doing:
Market Entry
- Formulate and validate hypotheses for implementation in B2G and Enterprise sectors;
- Work with banks, telecom, and the public sector;
- Take pilots to solutions and contracts.
Value Packaging
- Translate the product into business language: control over AI usage, reduction of data leak risks, improvement of employee efficiency;
- Create materials that actually sell.
Product work via the market
- Gather requirements from clients;
- Influence the roadmap through deals;
- Determine what the market really needs.
Integration Strategy
- Embed the product into document flow, internal company systems, and the UzCloud infrastructure.
✅ What's important to us:
- Experience with B2B / Enterprise products;
- Understanding of AI (LLM, RAG, basic principles);
- Strong GTM and commercial focus;
- Ability to see tasks through to results.
⭐️ Will be a plus:
- Experience working with the public sector or regulated industries;
- Understanding of information security and compliance;
- Experience implementing complex IT solutions.

- Launched pilots in key companies;
- Implementations in production;
- Formed deal pipeline;
- Clear product positioning in the market.
