We are looking for a CPO (Alfa Insight) at Alfa-Bank.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a product from scratch and launching it to the market (MVP no later than Q4 2026)
- Ensuring continuous product development in a highly competitive environment
- Forming key advantages that differentiate from similar projects
- Unifying internal bank data (acquiring, issuing) with partner data (X5, Beeline, Alfa Group companies, OFD) and external sources into a single, understandable product
- Making complex analytics accessible to decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Commercial Directors) using AI to explain charts, find insights, and provide recommendations ("complex in simple terms")
- Developing a flexible tariff policy (basic, advanced, custom packages + data sales) and implementing product monetization, confirming its value to clients
- Attracting a new audience to the bank — marketers, analysts, client product managers — and turning them into brand advocates
- Planning and implementing a phased market share capture (target — 30% by the end of 2027) through creating industry-specific solutions (food service, retail, car dealerships, etc.) and diverse distribution channels
- Forming and defending the product vision, transforming business client needs into specific product functionality
- Managing a product team (product owners, researchers, analysts): setting goals, mentoring, developing employees
- Conducting research and Customer Development: deeply understanding target audience pain points, testing hypotheses
- Managing the roadmap and priorities: forming the backlog, defining development stages, controlling deadlines and quality
- Collaborating with data-science and data-engineering teams to transform raw data into valuable metrics and understandable insights
- Participating in the development of the monetization model, product packaging, MVP launch, and unit economics analysis
- Ensuring cross-functional interaction with bank departments (transactional products, analytics, IT, legal block, project sponsors) and external partners
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in digital product management as CPO/Head of Product/Senior Product Manager
- Experience in creating B2B products (SaaS / platform solutions) from scratch (0→1). Proven track record of successful product launches is mandatory
- Experience in Data-driven / Analytics products. Understanding the specifics of Big Data, working with anonymized data, acquiring data, OFD. Experience in fintech or creating analytical platforms (similar to "SberAnalytica", "T-Data", IQBuzz, PalitrumLab, etc.) is desirable
- Understanding the role of AI in a product: not as a buzzword, but as a tool for solving user tasks (generating reports, finding insights, explaining trends).
- Experience managing distributed teams (product owners, researchers, analysts) and establishing product processes
- Ability to work with complex decision-makers (DM). Understanding the pain points of commercial and marketing directors, business owners. Skills and competencies
- Systems thinking: Ability to see the product as a whole, from UI to complex backend architecture
- Analytical skills: Ability to make data-driven decisions, understand metrics (LTV, retention, share of wallet)
- Strategic vision: Understanding of the analytics market, ability to find growth opportunities
- Communication and presentation skills: Ability to "sell" the product vision internally (to sponsors, working groups, commissions) and externally
- Understanding of B2B marketing and monetization: Experience in packaging B2B products, working with the sales funnel
- User-centric approach: Focus on solving real client pain points. Personal qualities

- Leadership and ability to inspire the team: This is a long-term project, it's important to maintain energy and focus
