❤️Description:

Junior Product Owner for the "Mortgage" section of alfabank.ru website. In this role, you will be responsible for mortgages and commission products (SPK, turnkey deal), developing current program landing pages and creating new product pages for various business tasks.

The team consists of 2 people (a designer and a content manager). Interaction with the CPO of retail lending and stakeholders of the Mortgage customer journey. We work without a dedicated development resource, the main focus is on content/interface BAU tasks.

The position is suitable for a strong intern or junior without development experience and can be an excellent stepping stone into the world of FinTech.

An additional plus for the candidate: the opportunity to participate in side activities related to the development of AI culture and the expansion of the bank's product community, which provides rapid growth in market awareness and contacts.

🐾Responsibilities:

— Be responsible for the development and support of the "Mortgage" section on the website: product information relevance, user journey quality, and fulfillment of business customer requests. — Refine existing mortgage pages and launch new content scenarios. — Maintain the backlog: collect and structure tasks (from business and self-formulated), prioritize, maintain transparent status for stakeholders, and manage their expectations. — Look for quick and low-cost ways to test ideas. Formulate and test hypotheses, including through A/B tests, UX testing, interviews, and surveys. — Work with web and business metrics: analyze user behavior in Yandex.Metrica, Superset, and Power BI, identify growth points, and propose improvements. — Manage tasks and documentation in Jira and Confluence.

🐾Requirements:

— Completed higher education or student from 3rd year. — Work experience or internship of at least 6 months in product management or related fields such as Product Analyst, Product Marketing Manager, Project/Delivery Manager. — Understanding of basic product and business metrics, experience or willingness to learn to work with Yandex.Metrica, Superset, and Power BI. — Basic experience or willingness to quickly learn A/B testing: formulating hypotheses, designing experiments, interpreting results. — Ability to structure a backlog, prioritize tasks, and bring them to completion. — Experience with Jira and Confluence or willingness to quickly learn these tools. — Strong communication skills: ability to negotiate, synchronize, and manage stakeholder expectations. — Attention to detail, proactivity, independence, and a systematic approach to work.
