Searching for Product Owner (Business) for «Alfa-Subscriptions»
Alfa-Subscriptions is a service within the Alfa-Bank application where clients can subscribe to and pay for third-party services: Russian and international. A platform for subscription services with a large number of partner promotions.
📌 What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for the money. Product P&L and business target achievement
- Manage the product funnel. From client entry into the section to subscription and renewal
- Work with the database. Segmentation, communication strategy with offer development and channel selection based on goals and tasks
- Build product tactics. What product line and what types of mechanics to launch, in what order, which hypothesis to use to close which gap in the funnel
- Integrate the product into various bank channels
- Manage the entire Discovery process. Research, hypotheses, prioritization, backlog formation and defense.
- Manage the connection with Delivery. You will work in tandem with the Product Owner on the Delivery side: negotiate deadlines and resources, maintain priorities, resolve blockers. Influence here is not through subordination, but through arguments, numbers, and relationships.
📌 Who we are looking for:
- You have over 4 years of experience in independent product management
- You know how to achieve results through people who do not report to you. This is the main skill for this role.
- You have worked with P&L or a part of it: you can defend a plan and explain deviations
- You calculate the financial model yourself.
- You are confident with funnels and data
- You have worked with customer databases: segmentation, lifecycle, repeat purchases.
- You have managed Discovery from start to finish — from problem identification to backlog creation for development.
- You can manage multiple directions simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
Will be a plus: subscription model or recurring payments · marketplaces and partner showcases · experience in ecosystem products of a large bank or telecom · experience working with partners and commercial terms.
