Responsibilities: • Generate and test breakthrough hypotheses, including with the help of AI • Define innovation strategy: research trends, competitors, and customer requests • Formulate the product backlog tied to business metrics • Launch hypotheses in "startup" mode, conduct rapid experiments (MVP → tests → scaling) • Work with data: analyze user behavior, A/B tests

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in product development (fintech experience will be an advantage) • Experience launching products from scratch and working in uncertainty • Technical literacy: ability to speak the same language as developers • Leadership: inspire the team, not just assign tasks
