Alfa-Bank is looking for an AI Product Technical Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the AI product's technical vision, considering business requirements and user experience
- Preparation and approval of the AI product development plan, including assessment of necessary resources and timelines
- Formation and coordination of the development team's work, ensuring interaction between technical and business departments
- Implementation of improvements and new functional capabilities for the AI product through digital channels, ensuring release quality and compliance with requirements
- Achievement of planned results for the AI product's technical indicators (performance, reliability, scalability)
- Building CJM (Customer Journey Map) and optimizing user scenarios
- Conducting user behavior and market research
- Analysis of key AI product metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, model performance)
- Backlog management: prioritizing tasks based on business goals and technical capabilities, regular updates
- Product strategy development: forming a long-term product vision considering GenAI trends, setting goals and metrics based on the strategy
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Product Development Lead. Or at least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, or QA, preferably in the IT or financial sector
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; participation in software development using Agile methodologies
- Experience working in development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of software architecture design principles using LLMs, development technologies, and databases
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Developed leadership qualities
- Skills in applying LLMs to solve work tasks
