Product Owner

Location: Remote across RF Position: Product owner We are looking for a product owner to work with the CRM system and related systems, assistants for sales of cash settlement services and other SMB products with experience in Telecom

⭐️Requirements:

-**At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in banking, FinTech, or large IT/telecom companies. **

-Management of products/projects, troubleshooting with automation of contact center operations, including in the B2B segment (legal entities)

-Backlog management, prioritization by business value.

-Proficient in tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, as well as process visualization tools (BPMN, diagrams.net)

-Understanding of IT system configuration: CRM integration, CTI (telephony), API, message queue, data handling.

-Advanced MS Office user: Excel (pivot tables, call efficiency data analysis), PowerPoint (presentations for stakeholders and management).
